Located inside the FAMA Museum, in Itu – São Paulo, the project for the São Pedro Kitchen, developed by the VAGA Architecture office, sought to create a welcoming space for a restaurant that could also be used as an event area. The architects had as a starting point the creation of an environment with a contemporary language, adapting the existing structures for a new proposed use, establishing a respectful dialogue with the heritage, and with the works of art scattered throughout the 25,000 m² complex occupied by the FAMA Museum.

PAG architects unveil “Steirereck am Pogusch”, an offshoot of the Viennese restaurant “Steirereck”, which has been among the world’s top gastronomic establishments for many decades. The Pogusch is a pass, 1059m in height, through the Austrian Alps, and Steirereck am Pogusch sits at the top of the pass, surrounded by its own farmland.

The new Olga Ri restaurant is located near Avenida Paulista, in São Paulo, and consists of the renovation of a commercial space in a high-traffic area. Initially, Olga Ri operated exclusively as a virtual delivery service, offering salads and healthy dishes. Now, Nitsche Arquitetos was invited to design the physical space that would convey the company’s ideals through a new restaurant concept.

Located in Sindang, Seoul, pcmc is an abbreviation for pitching machine. Pcmc was inspired by street culture, graphics, architecture, music, and art, and by modernizing traditional Korean liquor. It suggests a new highball culture and is also intended to contribute to and enjoy Korean alcohol and food culture.

Located on a shopping mall rooftop, in front of the Botafogo Cove, in Rio de Janeiro, Brewteco Terraço Botafogo is the brand’s fourth unit in the city.

Opening in spring 2021, in the traditional heart of Mykonos town, Nōema is a hybrid space designed to inspire a strong sense of community and place. With a contemporary Greek restaurant, an open-air bar, a concept store, and an eclectic line-up of live music, Nōema embodies the easy-going joie de vivre of the Greek islands.
