The renovated single family house is located in the historical city center of La Laguna, Tenerife, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Priori to the renovation, the house was ruined due to the abandonment which it had suffered for decades.
“Game On” is a LEED Certified Gold ground-up home resulting from a historic landmark lot split in which the neighboring historic home from the 1890s was originally on one large lot. The historic home was picked up and placed on a new foundation creating a vacant lot for “Game On.” The design was required to be approved by Aspen’s Historic Preservation Commission and needed to stand on its own while being contextual with the historic resource. The purity and execution of the detailing further distinguishes “Game On,” bringing a greater clarity to the traditional gable form.
The new vocational high school at Voss (Norway) designed by Nordic — Office of Architecture and AART architects combines theory and practice in an inspiring learning environment bathed in light with spectacular views of the surrounding landscape.
The Cistercian monastery of St. María de Armenteira is located on the western hillside of Monte Castrove, a spur that separates the Salnés valley from the Ría de Pontevedra. Its origin goes back to the Early Middle Ages, probably the pre-Romanesque period.
During the process of reconstruction and extension of the residential building Mýtna 25, originally built as three storeyed object with unused attic space, it’s volume was heightened by additional three floors, including the attic. Two upper storeys are supressed from the Mýtna street in order to create a terrace space. Despite of the plane of the facade from the street maintain it’s previous, unchanged shape from the pedestrian point of the view.
A small, dilapidated outbuilding, originally used to house livestock, has been renovated to provide a one-room private studio space within a linear village on the southern edge of the North Yorkshire Moors national park.
The old flats of hyperdensified areas of big capitals, such as Vila de Gràcia in Barcelona, is common that have problems of habitability.

The NAT (T4) at the International Madrid-Barajas Airport is located three kilometres north of the old Barajas terminals TI, T2 and T3. Tia Santa is a new healthy food restaurant chain. Vilalta Arquitectura was commissioned to design the architecture of the first restaurant in the heart of Barcelona, near the crossroads of the main avenues Passeig de Gràcia and Diagonal.
