Deep Bar is a two-story venue in Dnipro city that unites a bar with a floristic shop and a tiny cafe. A small hall on the first floor has showcase windows that overlook one of the central streets. The flower shop with a few coffee tables locates there. In the big transparent fridge, you can see flowers side by side with wine bottles. The first floor works as the entering hall that leads to the body part of the venue in a roomy basement space.

Located in the heart of the small town of Étoy, this workshop restoration and expansion project responds to the need to propose new places of activity for people with mental and physical disabilities. The building is also being rehabilitated to ensure its compliance in terms of fire safety, accessibility for people with reduced mobility, and energy efficiency.

STUDIOS was commissioned to reimagine 25-11 49th Avenue—an aging manufacturing building in Long Island City, Queens. Our master plan retains the industrial character and large floor plates of the one and two-story base while utilizing available FAR to create a mid-rise, side-core office tower featuring high ceilings, large spans, and unimpeded views of the neighborhood and Manhattan beyond.

This silky shining dwelling is located in a rural expansion area. At first glance, this rustic laid back house does not stand out among the surrounding houses. The burnt wood subtly refers to black barns in this area.

Located in a street made up of townhouses, the new construction stands precisely at a significant shift in the alignments of the fronts of the buildings between the upper and lower parts of the street.

The mixed-use building at 21 Vajnorská Street in Bratislava 21 is a detached object, set and enclosed by Česká, Robotnická, and Osadná streets and represents a conversion of an older office building from the 1980s.

Here you see a suburban villa, which is situated in the spruce forest by the beach of the Kyiv water reservoir. The house’s purpose is to host events, such as parties for large quantities of people and biker club meet-ups (50+ people).

Latvian Nationwide Song and Dance Celebration are one of the largest choral events in the world which are deeply rooted in local Baltic culture and are responsible for the development of national identity. Latvian Song and Dance Celebration have been included in the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity for its unique acapella singing which brings together a choir of up to 20 000 singers from all over Latvia.
