Located in the Yucatán Country Club Golf Club on the Yucatán peninsula.
The project was born from a collaboration between friendly firms which have a very similar way of projecting. With simple and clean geometry, a project is developed that revolves around inhabiting the exterior from any point of the house, the terraces being a primary point of the project. Transparency and privacy were the factors to consider when designing the project. With great views of the golf course and the magnificent trees in the environment.

London studio Alexander Owen Architecture drew on its clients’ love of modernism and pop art to create a colourful kitchen and terrace for at Amott Road in East Dulwich. Transformation House / Lautenbag Architectuur + De Stadsmeubelmaker

Just south of Wirdum is a striking transformer house. The transformer house was built in the 1920s in an expressionist architectural style. It was originally built to house the transformer that had to supply Wirdum and the surrounding area with power. The special details make this transformer house a unique building that is part of Dutch cultural heritage. Before we started working on it, it had been empty for more than 20 years and the former owner wanted to demolish the building. We have converted the building into a contemporary hiker’s cabin with a magnificent view of the surrounding landscape.
